- You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@typeclue.com or using Waffo's customer portal.

- If a report fails to generate, or is held by moderation and not released within 72 hours, you get a full refund.
- Refunds go to the original payment method. Orders with an open chargeback can't also be refunded.
- EU/UK consumers: at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right for digital content ends once delivery begins. Our voluntary 14-day refund policy still applies.
- Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
